Thank you, was really tough , I was so dehydrated I gained 10 lbs before Sunday , and finally slept .
Was a pleasure chatting and my girl friend though you where very nice and helpful, speaks volumes to the champion you are

I'm not going to chase the northern American championships I need a year , add thickness to my legs and lats and increase my bicep peaks.
I'm pleased with the year Nd what I achieved as a rookie
