Any MMA guys here ever post a training program to help with there endurance fats loss and anarobic thresh. Took a boot camp last summer that involved alot of sledge hammer work ,rope work ,kettle bells.To old for the fight game but really enjoyed the challenge of that type of training. But just wondering if anyone has a solid routine they could share. Thanks guys
 
Dumbell circuits, kettlebell circuits, anything like that. Heck there's tons of youtube vids of different fighters weight routines and stuff like that.
 
Just be powerful and explosive. If you know what the other guy does and your bigger\stronger\more explosive, your going to win 8 out 10 times.

Free weights, explosive movments.

too many varibles, i actauly altenate between a football, mma, and lift day
