Any MMA guys here ever post a training program to help with there endurance fats loss and anarobic thresh. Took a boot camp last summer that involved alot of sledge hammer work ,rope work ,kettle bells.To old for the fight game but really enjoyed the challenge of that type of training. But just wondering if anyone has a solid routine they could share. Thanks guys
