Has anyone ever tried something like this:
5 am pre-workout 5 iu humalog followed by 50g carbs/50g protein
0630 post workout 50g protein/40g glutamine
0635 10 iu humalog followed by 100g carbs/50g protein with 40g glutamine.
I'm wondering if pre-loading the insulin prior to the workout would cause a better anabolic response. Any thoughts? THanks.
