Has anyone ever tried something like this:
5 am pre-workout 5 iu humalog followed by 50g carbs/50g protein
0630 post workout 50g protein/40g glutamine
0635 10 iu humalog followed by 100g carbs/50g protein with 40g glutamine.

I'm wondering if pre-loading the insulin prior to the workout would cause a better anabolic response. Any thoughts? THanks.
 
Have you ever done insulin before ?
 
i tried that but found i didnt notice much ,so now i just stick with post workout
 
deff. post-workout!

trust me post-workout is the only safe and logical way to go as if you use it pre-workout then depleate your bodies existing glycogen your F*cked plain and simple i know i have tried it both ways and while the pumps are out of this world its to dangerous so please heed my advice on this one. wyldeone.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I have used slin before. I usually use 10-12 iu's postworkout, that is why I was wondering if there was any benefit to splitting the dosage. Wylde, thanks for the advice. I appreciate all the help.
