just out of curiousity, after reading ...the book inside powerlifting, I was curios as to the fast any has heard of someome gaining on any particular lift or exercise in a relatively short period of time.
talks about doug young, increasing his bench by 230 lbs in 8 months...
not the result of adding a bench shirt or anything either...though he gained like 60 lbs if i recall...
can't say ive really had anything super dramatic whether in 8 weeks, or 6 months...
