Ok so we've seen his article on T-Nation on his approach to legs training but this even better....It's a combo of German Volume Training and Louie Simmons nervous system training.
I am on week 1 right now, and I believe he has a 4 week program we're doing. But it's awesome, I loved his other workouts but this sure steps it up a notch, nothing like pounding out 8 x 8 on squats after warmups and everything else, lol. I enter the gym nervous and excited at the same time, nervous because I know its going to take a lot out of me to get it done and excited because the results speak for themselves. My arms are a weak point, 2 days after training arms they are still full and pumped looking, even my brother noticed the other day and commented my arms have filled out so Im pretty stoked.
