moving to another country new help?

im moving to japan soon and was wondering if anyone knows the law on buying pins there if you can buy over the counter or what?

From what i remember reading, gear easy to get, pins almost impossible... weird en, but what do you expect from a country where you can buy used underwear in coin machines lol

I have imported pins in Japan with no problems.

I have also purchased in Japan online...but you would need to read Japanese.
