115g Fat
450 Pro
400 Carb
4400 Calorie diet.
I think i'll be eating lots of homemade teriyaki bowls :D

The p-plex is my idea of a cheap version of dbol :p and Epistane my idea of a cheap winstrol kinda. :rolleyes:

I have everything except some of the garlic stuff, vit. C, etc. (simple stuff)

I usually go with 5x5 routine in general.

I'm deciding if I should adapt a routine while im slimming up right now that I can implement into my cycle, so I can gauge strength increases. etc.

The reason for letro is because, I had a gyno flare on Superdrol( my last cycle over a year ago about) and it gave me puffy nipples. So, im taking all precautions from the rebound. You can say im paranoid, but 1mg e3d isn't bad

USE THE LOWEST EFFECTIVE POSSIBLE DOSE!
i would concentrate on your training and diet. that what will make you grow and keep you lean. the chemicals are just the icing on the cake. im not a fan of oral cycles and multi compound cycles.

You might not need letro with just 500 test E each week.
I think putting creatine and your 1-a-day is a bit overkill. I don't know what half that stuff is.
Looks ok. I see you put in alot of thought. Even Hcg low dose early.
 
IF your dead set on a cycle to stay lean then IF your diet and training are on point all you should need is 500mg test e a week, add deca ONLY if you experience any joint discomfort. the ONLY reason im saying 500mg instead of 250mg is because of the fact that you have 5 cycles under your belt(well that and noone ever listens when i say 250 will get the job done).
start HCG with ur first injection and learn how to do a proper test taper, that along with normal pct will maximize you retention.
but first things first.
post you planned diet as well as ur exaxt training routine.
if thats not al in check the drugs wont help.
