A few cut and pastes from the email of my report:
"Your kidney function is slightly elevated. I suspect your high protein diet is overloading your kidneys. As mentioned during your visit, I would reduce the protein either in your diet or the protein powders. This is unhealthy for your kidneys long-term"
I eat/drink roughly 200g of protein a day. I am 5'9", 170 lbs. I plan on drinking more water and eating more by feel, instead of by the clock.
"Your cholesterol level is high normal. I suspect the McDonald's diet is contributing to the elevated cholesterol. As we discussed, it really is imperative that you try to eat healthy and avoid processed or fast food. Also, variation in your daily diet is optimal. Remember, your meal should be colorful. Ideally, cooking at home is suggested. Try to ensure plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains found in breads, cereals, oatmeal, etc."
For the past few days, I have been eating more greens and veggies (a lot more) and have eliminated soft drinks, fast food.... already I feel much better. Looking forward to naturally losing some blubber.
I hope this post is educational to others, but then again I am not as big and strong as all of you guys. Any thoughts?
