My food for the week.

Yes its has some carbs such as fruits, whole grains and oats, but I usually try not to consume too much, but probably too much for some of you. Also not trying to get shredded, but live a healthy lifestyle. Meats unfortunately aren't grass feed. Sometimes just too hard to manage that all the time.

The Kashi cereal is my wife's, but sometimes have a bowl as a treat with some nice cold raw milk.

I have supplements too. The chicken runs behind the meat so there is really more than you see. Also that meat is only for 3-4 days. Everything else will last the week in regards to grains. Well I have more yougurt, fruit and vegetables in the fridge , but this was sample what I eat. I guess that really is few days.

Typical Diet on Workout Days…

7am…super green food, eggs, oatmeal, coffe with LBA and piece of fruit, and glass of raw milk

or … super greens, protein shake, with whey protein, raw milk or coconut milk oil and some fruit

10am... coffee, some raw nuts, almonds, walnuts with few rainsin mixed in there and a greek yougurt with some LBA

1pm...chicken or beef chili, with a salad...

4pm...Turkey or tuna sandwich, piece fruit like an apple

530pm...LBA

600pm... workout LBA or other aminos throughout out

700pm... more aminos and or whey shake

730pm... brown rice or brown rice pasta, steak or fish with some green beans

900pm... Desert...some mixed nuts, or popcorn sugar free jello sometimes and or another protein shake or some natural peanut butter and jelly
