I think the problem with your post was that no one knew what you were trying to achieve with your cycle. KIWI is the only guy I've ever seen post that he can lose fat AND gain muscle at the same time who I actually believe. He also does some shit (600mcg clen / day, 15 meals / day) that I've never heard of either. Not to mention that he's a FREAK. (LOL - we love you KIWI!!!)
Most, but not all cycles are geared toward either bulking (gain muscle w/ min. fat) or cutting (lose fat w/ min. muscle loss), which I know you knew already. Of course, a cycle could consist of both a bulking and a cutting phase (or vice versa) which would ideally result in more muscle and less fat.
So, here's the conundrum:
-Your diet is "tight," as you said several times. It seems in your posts that you are asking for a cycle that will bring about body comp changes without changing your diet. Take a look at Xcel's sig line for his opinion on that. I matches mine.
-I am also not sure what look you want to achieve. You say you are 6'1" and 250, which isn't small, but might not be "hard" at all, if you are 18% BF. Getting that "huge, hard" look might be a matter of dropping 15 lb of fat and not require any muscle mass gain, but we don't know what kind of physique you are talking about. If gaining "quality muscle" when its all said and done, so you can be "thicker" and "harder" means that you must be 250 and single digit BF% so you can look like an off-season Dexter Jackson, then you might need more muscle to begin with.
Right now, we don't know where you're starting (BF%) or where you're going (who has the kind of body you're looking for? KIWI?...), so we can't tell you how to get from start to finish. Even if we did know these two things, I think most of us would aggree that there will have to be some dietary manipulations which your question seems to disallow.
No starting point, no finishing point and only drugs w/o dietary changes leaves me at a loss as to how to answer your question.
