Look at the fucking guy, it always makes me chuckle when someone sees the genetic elite of the sport and throws their suggestions in, those improvements might never happen for him - that's how the body works when its actual muscle and isn't SEO.

I'll have to disagree about seo.. they all use it to some extent at this level. Just ask BIG A at the number of " elite" competitors use syntherol and he has the receipts..
In regards to any of krizos weaknesses he's like anyone else.. he has weakness.. his back is very detailed but lacks thickness compared to the top rung.. it doesn't compare to hadi.. derek.. and some others so that will be a liability of sorts.. and yes he's been made aware of his lack of glutes and hams by many and is working on it..
That being said he is a freak .. great delts.. great separation.. arms ? Yep.. chest yep.. but he does have work to do to crack top 5 to 7.. I hope he does .. I think he's good for the sport.. I like his laid back attitude etc..he has a ways to go yet to get to the gentleman I mentioned above..
