Ok so i went to the doc yesterday and got the whole workup done. luckly for me its not a disk problem. heres what the Ortho said. theres a small muscle that pretty much just connects your shoulderblade to your neck. if that tears or gets pulled or injured in any way, because of the job the muscle does it will mess with everything from your neck down to your arm. the thing is that it will show the same signs as a slipped disk with one difference....no pain! yeah it will get alittle sore after training but theres just not alot of nerves there so pain will be minimal. now if your over weight like most of us are it actualy helps to train to get it to heal. not heavy, but just get soem extra blood in there. being overweight and overly muscled you have a poor blood vessel to muscle tissue ratio, no really poor but not as good as someone like lance armstrong. so it actualy helps to get the extra blood and nutrients in there. this is all what the doc told me.
