Otl its been a week now on Mk. Haven't noticed too much in general. Have been sleeping a little more and taking naps here and there but otherwise feels like the same old! Hoping it keeps me leaner as I up the calories to gain.

Liquid from superior, taking half an ml in the mornings when I wake up under the tongue. From what I've read the caps are hit or miss, a lot seem to be bunk so I stuck with liquid. From what I've read Mk supplementation is a longer term effect so I'll be running it until I go to Asia mid October.

3 sets. Playing around with form, never done this

Chest support row, wide underhand grip

Tweaked my lower back somehow last week. Acted up really bad Saturday and had a lot of pain just walking and sleeping.

Feeling a little better today but babied it and worked around it.

Did back and biceps and used mostly seated or chest supported row variations. Lot of hammer strength stuff for high reps. Bb rows and regular pull ups were out .

Arms up about half an inch or so.

In other news almost got blown up Saturday. I was 3 blocks away when that pressure cooker bomb exploded. Was on my way to Chelsea piers to hit the driving range when i Heard a loud ass BOOM but didn't realize it was a bomb. Thought it was just a garbage truck dropping a dumpster or something.

Restarting this Log, 6 years later!

36 years old now, Married with a 1 year old son. Never took the plunge into the AAS world due to health and fertility concerns. I had an Afib incident that occurred while playing basketball after having drank a Bang energy drink, was pretty scary for me. Looking back on old pictures of myself, I haven't really made any improvements in a few years. My gym situation was completely shut down for nearly 1.5 years due to covid quarantines, and I lost a good amount of size and put on fat. Been training consistently for about a full year now since gyms have reopened, but have only recently got my diet dialed in again. Currently on week 6 of a cutting phase to get lean before I try to put on some size.

Current stats: 6 foot tall, 179 pounds morning weight. Would estimate myself at around 12% body fat right now.

Training wise, I'm doing a 2 way style split, hitting everything twice a week. Monday and Thursdays are Chest, shoulders, triceps. Tuesdays and Fridays are Legs, backs, and biceps.
Cardio: Currently 30 minutes stairmaster AM fasted, 12k steps walking around the neighborhood (strolling my kid)
Diet: 1850 calories, 200 protein, 150 carbs, 50-60 fats (depending if im eating chicken or beef that day).

Supplements: EAA+Creatine intra drink, Whey protein isolate here and there to round out my protein needs depending on appetite. I can't do much caffeine any more as I try to keep my heart rate from elevating too high due to my previous incident with Afib. I still experience palpitations occasionally when i'm very stressed, or have poor sleep, after a really big meal, or have too much coffee or alcohol. Anything above 2 drinks will give me palpitations.

Hormones wise - gonna try and get on TRT this year. Need to find a new doc and get all the blood work done and see where I'm at.

Goals: Want to put on 15 lean pounds and remain healthy doing so.

7am: 30 min fasted cardio on the stepmill

11am: Push workout

1. Incline BB Bench
2. DB Flat bench
3. Standing BB military
4. DB laterals / switched to cable laterals mountain dog style
5. Overhead triceps extensions with cables

12 minutes PWO cardio on the stepmill
