So i make my own protein shake. I dont like to consume any supplements. It tastes pretty good and i drink it 2wice a day and its a lot cheaper then buying protein whey powder. So this is how it goes:
7 egg Whites: 42g protein
1tbsp low fat peanut butter: 4.5g protein
1 cup skim milk: 8g protein
1 tbsp chocolate powder: 1-3g protein
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
some ice.
Total calories approx. 520-550
Total Protein: 54-58g protein
Total fat: 200g
