I meant to get this up days ago.I have had a really busy few weeks..
I want to thank Platinum for having that contest.Great guys to deal with ,that are really on top of their game.Very precise and quick!
This is where I plan to log my progress with diet ,training and supps..
I am starting this log at around 263 to 264lbs...I am coming off a cruise where I was training 3 days a week(p,p,l) .I was running another sponsors test e,but for this log and for a while I will be running Platinums test e and test c.
My #'s are ...
Protein 350
Carbs 400
Fats. 63
I will do this over 5 to 6 meals.i have more details to add in and I have some really amazing help with all of this!

My plan is tight n up my look now and actually drop some weight..(my snoring is awful right now)I will be starting with Platinum test e for now..more later.

I will be just starting with test e,I will bring that up in the next couple weeks .But this week I am just at 300 mg ,and it is very Smooth and pain free..
I trained chest last night(my workout was cut short due to the weather and roads getting bad).
Wg dips.
2 sets of 10
Incline smith..
3 sets of 8
Machine press..
2 sets of 10
Machine flyers .
2 sets of 12

I never include my warm ups but they are a good bit of them throughout..

Lying leg curl...

Adduction..

Abduction..
3 sets
Leg ext..
3 sets
Leg press..
3 sets

Tried getting the sets and reps in today,around the 10 to 13 mark in reps..

Can I ask your goal and what weight you would like to be at ideally?

I skipped my back and bis session Thursday...So I started over with another push day and due to weather I will train tomm..
Bumped up my test this week and feel great..I'm loving this test e, smooth,no pip and potent!
My weight was 261 last night..
