My thoughts on Boladrol 12 Days in.

Hello Brothers
I wanted to give my take on Boladrol at this juncture with more relavent updates as I go along. This IS NOT A PHF SUPPS LOG. I plan on doing a Bola only log down the road. I am using other items as well in conjuction with this and I am on a comeback of sorts so the gains I am currently making are ones that I have previously attained. I currently train on a three way split and train using a slightly modified DC system. Protein is at 390-450 grams per day. The pic in my avatar is me one week out fron a show at 170-172. I was 41 years old then. I am 45 now.

Bola Week 1- 6mgs a day
2-4 8mgs a day

I feel that the gains on this didn't kick in till about 9 days or so in then boom, I seemed to get noticably bigger. I put a tape to my arms and this turned out to be true. I am up about six pounds since starting bola and ramped up my food from day one till now. I am currently 5'6" 210lbs

Right now my take is that Bola quietly sneaks up on you then hits and gradually the gains increase from there. I have NO NOTICABLE SIDE EFFECTS! AS WE SPEAK! No headaches, no elavated bp. Overall I am happy with the gains that I've made so far so early in this cycle.

Bump for similar experience:

Age 52
6'3'', 240lbs
15%
TRT @ 200mg Cyp weekly
10 yrs in the gym seriously
Diet: Clean

Week 1-6mg
Weeks 2-4 8mg

Strength came on day 10
"Significant" increase in strength

No noticeable sides
No headaches, no elevated BP

In my case, i did seem to have elevated Estrogen
Increased Adex to .5mg ed due to sore nips, subsided after 7 days

Just completed 4 week run
I run Milk thistle year round 1500mg ed

Did not increase Diet, but did gain approx 5lbs
Overall eval: Strength Increase and "some" size

Whats youre opinion on it with the addition of Test+deca?(i know there is no need,but what if i do add those at 400-600mg./week deca,and 800-1200mg./week for the test).

Any trouble sleeping after taking the evening dose? I had to move my second dose up to 4:00pm because of trouble falling asleep and vivid dreams after I finally did fall asleep. The 3 hour or so shift seemed to help alot. Great log, Bro!
