hey chaps and chapettes,

was advised to come here to do a bit of research for my next "get big or die trying" attempt

im 36 years old
im back training after a three year lay off... training on and off since im 16 (mostly off)
got some pretty big prior injuries to train around - broken back in three places, broken neck, foot in two places etc etc etc
5ft 11 / 15.25 stone

anyways thats the highlights...
