Nandralone - Minimum effective dose?

Any dose can have a beneficial effect. However it's going to be different for everyone but 100mg should be enough for most people. Although it all depends upon what exactly you expect from it. 100mg per week has helped my joints but 200mg is much better. 1mg per pound of bodyweight sounds about right. However if you are after muscle building then you probably want to dose it a bit higher and most people would need to be using at least 200mg and closer to 3-400mg for noticeable effects. If you want to use the lowest effective dose I would start at about 150mg and see how you are and adjust if needed.

I took deca for the first time my last blast at 750mg. Now, my source had some shady testing but i completely believe it was real but probably underdosed. Just bouncing some numbers around, if i was indeed taking 500mg i would think that i would have noticed some kind of regenerative effects on joints. I have another thread here about patellar tendinitis that kicked off while i was on deca and that honestly is a new one for me. Every other conceivable tendon so far (not literally) but patellar is a first...maybe it was just a matter of time.

So it could have been my gear was fake. Possible but doubtful. Could be the results of joint healing are exaggerated. Also possible. Could be that maybe its dose dependant. Im no 300 pounder but i am sitting at high 260s off season and crack 270 with water weight. Im thinking of just running a gram of deca and eq next winter with a test base to see what happens.

Ive heard a few high profile internet guys say decas collagen synthesis is only applicable at lower doses and that you actually do more damage with higher dosages.

Im just an engineer and ped enthusiast. So...whats the minimum? If i took an educated guess 50 to 100 mg for a 180 pound man.

What am I basing that on?

Thought it to be an interesting on the use of Nandrolone dosing and integration for it TRUE anti-inflammatory effects.

Hmmmm, I have no fucking idea, I don't think I've ever used less than 500mg of deca, why would i? I only use deca to grow muscle.

If I run deca I keep test super low, like 200 mg/wk or lower (higher the deca dose the lower the test dose)
 
When my elbows act up 100mg a week of NPP does them good.

dude it doesnt heal the joint. it is simply an anti inflammatory agent. i cant imagine taking 500-700 mgs, at 50 mgs ed it gets to be too much for me.

Because ive read a bit on this and most literature doesn't claim its just an anti inflammatory.

I think i can handle what are considered normal doses around here but then again maybe my gear is underdosed.

there's one article about the anti-inflammatory action of nandrolone but without academic access I cannot get it. If anybody has access and can post the conclusion then that would be sweet. I've been wanting to read it for awhile.


and FYI, I've used 60-75mg nandrolone decanoate a week and got some joint benefits from it. It starts after about a week or two on it, twice weekly injections (with slin pin). Just added to the TRT slin pin.
 
If I were to use say 120mg/week of nandralone decanoate in addition to 120mg/week test cyp (this dose of cyp alone gets FT into the 30s), and I do happen to experience some joint healing, would this healing be permanent - at least to the point that it would persist beyond cessation of deca?

Also - any long-term risks if it turns out deca is not for me like libido, ED, mood, etc...assume IF I were to experience any of that, it would go away as the deca worked out of my system?

At 42, just trying to go into this with eyes wide open. Thanks all.

its like taking anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen. It works while you're on it but it doesn't actually heal you.

Deca can stay in your system for quite a while depending on your dosage and how long you're on it. It is detectable for 2 years with drug tests, not to say it will cause problems for that long if they arise during your run though...

GH at around 2-3iu/day is a much better option for actually healing joints. The best option is to learn how to lift properly (lot of times this means dropping weight down and feeling the mind-muscle connection better) and practicing whatever sports you play safely so you don't tweak/injure yourself repetitively...
 
I did 125 mgs test, 125 deca, and while still horny, erection quality seems to go down some, as in staying harder for longer, seems like 70 %, then a full erection for ten seconds then back down. Usually I can get like 90 % and keep that up for a while and go up to 95 and % until orgasm. This dose for me seems to not do that.

That said, i didn't use cialis, so would have to test it out with cialis.
 
On 50 and 100 mg/week there were no positive results.

its just acting as an anti inflammatory its not fixing anything its not healing anything and not lubing any thing.

nandrolone actually increases synovial fluid. I can see this in action personally....my joints creak and crack (because I've abused the shit out of my body with sports). When I start DECA, after about 2 weeks, my joints don't creak or pop or anything, they just feel much more fluid.
 
100mg per week helps my joints any higher and I get crazy acne
 
I cruised on 150/150 Test/Deca for a year and I felt fantastic!
