Need help!! Just got supplements from True Nutrition..

I got the following and there dosages :
Alpha lipoic acid 600 mg pre / post workout
Beta alanine 2200 mg pre /post workout
N-acetyl cysteine 1200 mg post workout / before bed.

Problem is I bought these all in powders because it is cheaper. Well they taste
Awful. I gagged twice drinking my shakes. Does anyone have any advice on what to do with these?? How or what to take them with. I just mix them with my chocolate protein from true nutrition.

get you a scoop, put it in your mouth, fill your mouth with water/gatorade/shake or whatever and drink it. gets it out of the way fast

I like what richie and 718 said, both good options. If it were me Id just slam and be done with it. Also gelatin is not vegetarian, it's what the capsules are made from.

Some powders just do not taste good in the raw form, plain and simple.... If you want the purest though, it is the only way to go.

Bro, Dymatize has a supp called "super amino" I believe. It's like drinking diahrea from a rhino. Just suck it up and take your supps lol

I will have to try some things. I used to drink Gatorade pwo for the carbs. Maybe I will drink that again.

Thats why I don't buy powders. the crystal light will work for now but I would buy them already capped next time, unless money is really tight.

If it were me I get a capsule maker and make them up while watching TV.
True carries this pruduct if interested.
"Cowboy up" is the least desirable solution. Why suffer if you don't have to.

I actually just bought the capsule makes TN sells to cap my ginger extract and it works great. I got 1000 size 00 caps on amazon for like $15. I would recommend it. Time consuming but works well and is worth the money.

My advice, stop trying to savor the taste. Slam it , and then have a non-calorie chaser.. Or just mix it with a non-calorie, non carbonated drink.. Come on man, mind over matter, I hope your not this weak minded when it comes to working out in the gym too..

I tossed my last protein powders I created from them cuz they tasted like chocolate flavored elephant poop, but it was my own creation so prob my own fault but won't waste my money again just my two cents

If you went chocolate flavor and it tasted bad....you probably tried to do it without a sweetener??? Never do that ....they don't suggest it for a reason ...will end up tasting like Bob Hoffmans protein powder ( trust me..no matter how bad the shiot that you have ever bought ...this stuff was the worst ...i bought some like ...in 1978 ///yes I am old ...and had to add 2 parts jam to 1 part protein to get the shit down ...good thing my mom made it ....never bought any of his shit again ...Joe Weider and his sugar protein it was ! )

yes! burnt a couple of blenders using that Weider protein...was some sugar rocks in it...
