Need immediate joint supplement advise!

Man my joints feel like an 80 year old arthritic on this EQ. The stuff dries out my joints kind of like winny.

I'm thinking of taking some chondroitin and glucosamine.

Any suggestions which brand etc that will work wonders?

Does adequan basically have the same ingredients as pentosan?

I was going to mention the pentosan too. I dont think its use is widespread in humans, though.
Glucosamine never did much to me, plus you must load up 30d.
Deca is best to me, 200-300mg wk. Even test seems to work to some degree.
Probably winny and EQ is the most agravating.
Then you have all the NSAIDs, most of which will cause digestive tract problems (toxicity/ulcers).
