I'm gonna be using them starting next week,and I've heard so many reviews of how great they are and how much of an improvement they make to your physique,but How? How do they improve the physique?Improved body composition(as in increases fat burning)?If so how?Do they improve strength in the gym?Again if so how?Increase size(or weight)well I think that ones obvious,but what about the above? In what way do they improve things.
Yeah I know they are a complete protein,and a better way of getting your protein intake,but how exactly do they do the above.How are they "THAT" good??
