sounds to me like they're just moving out of the way of the generics. they've been using market share ever since their patent ran out and it's just not worth it considering the lawsuits to keep making the drug. i wouldn't expect the drug isotretinoin to go anywhere. it's helped a lot more people than it has hurt including myself.
