Hello fellas , I'm new to this board , I kinda gave up on them several years back but after several referances to check this one out here I am. It seems like alot of knowledge here not so much BS from kids playing keyboard jockey.
Anyhow , I'm starting my diet early to try to do a show next spring. I've got my protine to where I'm getting in the 400-450 grams a day but I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to counting my carbs what carbs to get and when. Lately I've just been eating alot of protine and cutting the carbs way back except for a post workout shake. I've upped my cardio to 2 times a day 30 mins in the AM and 30 min in the PM post lifting 3 days a week. The thing is that my power and endurance is going to shit , I take in 10 grams of creatine and 20grams of Glutamine ED.
I was planing to run some EQ at 400 mg a week to try to help keep some power and muscle I also want to try either HGH or IGF-1 but I don't know which would give me the results I want which is basicaly just maintain my muscle-power and drop fat And maybe heal up some sore joints.
Here's my stats
6'3" 300-310lbs
? body fat , probably 15-20% range I'm carrying some in the love handles inner legs and lower chest but have a decient 4 pack
I've been lifting for 16yrs just to be strong and healthy
I'm thankfull for any advice you guys can offer.
