New here , need a little diet advice

Hello fellas , I'm new to this board , I kinda gave up on them several years back but after several referances to check this one out here I am. It seems like alot of knowledge here not so much BS from kids playing keyboard jockey.

Anyhow , I'm starting my diet early to try to do a show next spring. I've got my protine to where I'm getting in the 400-450 grams a day but I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to counting my carbs what carbs to get and when. Lately I've just been eating alot of protine and cutting the carbs way back except for a post workout shake. I've upped my cardio to 2 times a day 30 mins in the AM and 30 min in the PM post lifting 3 days a week. The thing is that my power and endurance is going to shit , I take in 10 grams of creatine and 20grams of Glutamine ED.
I was planing to run some EQ at 400 mg a week to try to help keep some power and muscle I also want to try either HGH or IGF-1 but I don't know which would give me the results I want which is basicaly just maintain my muscle-power and drop fat And maybe heal up some sore joints.

Here's my stats

6'3" 300-310lbs
? body fat , probably 15-20% range I'm carrying some in the love handles inner legs and lower chest but have a decient 4 pack
I've been lifting for 16yrs just to be strong and healthy

I'm thankfull for any advice you guys can offer.

Can you guys recomend a cycle that is oral only ?

can you drink Winstrol ?

anybody have any good sources they can reccomend ?

I wouldn't recommend an oral only cycle. It's more dangerous than injectables.

Yeah, you can drink winstrol, but it works better injected. I personally hate winstrol though because it's hell on your joints and tendons. Not pleasant and can be dangerous as far as injury risk.

Just look at the board sponsors. Lots of good sources here.
 
How far out is the show you want to do? What are your goals from here until you start your prep? Have you competed before?
 
Cycling carbs

On a very low carb diet, I am very lethargic too and lose a lot of strength. Why not try cycling your carb intake weekly (something like a CKD), or having a cheat day once a week as you are pretty far out from your contest. Trying to do low-carb for 4-5 months does not sound good- plus a high-carb day will help reset your metabolism so you can continue losing fat.
 
the show is next spring, seems a little early to start the diet, at least to me. if the energy is that bad maybe your cutting calories too much...
 
Well guys this will be my first show and I feel that I'm gonna have alot of fat to drop so I want to start early. Idealy I'd like to drop my body fat about 8-10% and keep my weight at around 300 , but who woulden't want to be 300lbs at 10% so I know that that is unrealistic , I just want to keep as much muscle and drop as much fat as possible.

Any advice on good carb foods and when to eat them?

Also which of the two HGH or IGF-1 would benifit me most in this quest?

I've been lifting hard for 15 years and using juice for about 10 but my goal has always been power now its going to be leaning to BB.

are you sure your doing the math correctly wanting to be %10 bf and still be at 300lbs? seems like your gonna weigh less on the scale to be half your present bf %. secondly i'm not sure %10 bf will be low enough for a contest?

Yea the math was right , I just figured that if one would loose fat and replace that weight with muscle that it would be agreat thing especilay if I were going into the early spring at 300lbs woth only 5-7% bf to loose

About the carbs intake it is very dificult to give advice, as everybody will listen to his own body. Anyway do not forget maltodextrin which is an excelent carb especially post workout. It is unlikely to be transformed into fat, despite his high glycemic index
