if I were to point a finger I would say the insulin plays a bigger role
but again that's why I generally speak to just my own experience
however I would be quite certain that if one thing could be removed form the mix with almost no effect it would be the GH , I think it "allows" other things to be used more effectively but that's about it
I still to this day point guys that are interested in bodybuilding pharmacology to Big A's original "growth principles for beginners" because honestly that's about all 99% of people ever need to know / use. I will always consider it the single most useful post on a bodybuilding board. But anymore if its not new/glamorous/unique/shocking it can't possibly work.
What kind of doses are y’all talking? Is 2-4 ius a day going to build a ton of muscle? No... I’d like to hear from the people that have run 15-30ius a day
It seems like the main premise of that article is the healing effect from HGH. That said, wouldn't GH in addition to AAS shorten your recovery window THAT much faster than AAS alone?
If GH doesn't directly increase protein synthesis or hypertrophy, it MIGHT actually create new cells.... which lead to long-term gains over time. Has this been proven one way or another yet? (Mike Arnold or anyone?)
Also... I have heard various pros surmise that GH is anti-catabolic, more than it is actually anabolic. I'm not sure how true this is, if so, anti-catabolic items in our arsenal can be helpful.... if true.
Many guys have said that adding hGH or GH peptides to their TRT cruises help them retain more muscle from blasts, in practice.
