Night time erections - supplements, etc?

I came off all gear about three months ago, after being on for almost two years. I ran hcg 2-3x per week throughout, and continued running it for 6 weeks after my last injection, then I ran 4 weeks of Clomid, along with tribulus, maca, and fenugreek. I'm still taking the trib, maca, and fenugreek.

Anyway, I used to have erections every night, but I have not had a single one since coming off. I'm wondering if you guys have any tips, recommendations, or insight.

I’d do a hormone panel to see how’s your body is recovering but in the mean time cialis does me wonders. The wind blows in my direction I’m good to go

Lack of REM sleep in-conjunction with an out of whack CNS is thought to be closely related to the absence of nocturnal erections. Endogenous sex hormones play a pivotal role with our CNS. Although it's not exclusively testosterone, estradiol or progesterone that promotes nocturnal penile tumescence (night time erections).

Being that you're no longer on a concoction of substances that created chemical warfare on different physiological aspects of our overall sense of well-being. Trying to realign these imbalances can be challenging.

I would try some phosphatidylserine (PS 100 by Jarrow is a good brand) and 5 grams of glycine prebed time. After a week or so you could mix your glycine with 500-800 mg NAC. If after you introduce some NAC and you find it's disrupting your sleep quality, cut out the NAC prebed and take it first thing in the morning. NAC being a precursor to glutathione, glutathione can have excitatory effects on some individuals. Which could bastardize sleep quality.

By my 40's nocturnal; erections were getting far fewer. And in the ensuing decades they were even less. And having a kickstand while i sleep is really not a plus for me.

Your CNS was in an anabolic state and now it is trying to find homeostasis. Wet dreams are an anabolic behavior. If you were on deca, tren, or ment before you came off it will take much longer for your hormones to balance out. It will take a lot longer then 3 months for your axis to come back & CNS to respond, if you have been on for two years. With out blood work you are walking into a biological war blind.

Or just take some 9-methyl-betacarboline.

Mine is hard all night long, every night. Makes pissing awkward as fuck but is awe inspiring to the misses 🙂

Also just because your not waking up with erections this doesn’t mean they are not occurring.

I'm sure your test/free test is suboptimal.

I'm 51 y/o. 10mg test/day and I'm pretty much always ready. Wake up with a tent almost every am:)

What's your relative age? 20s, 40s, 60s? You're only a few months outside being on for a while so I wouldn't let it worry you too much unless it's causing serious relationship problems. The more fixated you become on it, can actually make matters worse. There were many times I thought I'd never come back. I always did. 3-6 months was all it took. Keep lifting heavy as you can, get some quality creatine, and let those hGH and LH pulses get their timing back in lockstep. It'll happen. Messing with it just seems to prolong the misery at times.

Honestly, for as much time as we spend with wood, you'd have no idea what a massively complex series of events there has to be in order to create a woody.

You can always get one of these to see how many nocturnal erections your having! How bad do you want to know?

That's a bit expensive for most of us. A more cost-effective alternative to see if you're having nocturnal erections would be the good old fashioned postage stamp test, although I realize it wouldn't give you the same level of data. On the other hand, it would save the user a few thousand dollars:

It was a joke. Sorry I forgot to put the laughing emoji at the end. Yeah crazy expensive. Definitely not worth it. My apologies.

Having a very erect penis in the night can be bad for the penis if you roll over on it because that can actually damage it. Id count it as a blessing unless you arent able to get an erection to have sex.
