ok my friend is dead tired, in and out of the gym. his appetite is pretty much gone. he said if he woke up in the morning and didnt eat within a half hour he would start to feel like crap from the hunger pangs. now, he can get up and go all day with no hunger pains, or anything. just no appetite. i told him he could be very overtrained. this has been going on for a week with him. told him to take off this upcoming week from the gym. get lots of rest. does anyone here think it might be something else? any suggestions for him to get back to normal?
