hey fellas, i have been getting ready for a photo shoot for tomarrow.. so, i have followed a bit of a precontest week of sorts... 4 weeks ago, i did it, and did the same things, and i was LEAN AND VASCULAR... for some reason, i did the same things, and i am soft, and flat as a pancake today.. i started carbing last nite, and will all day today, but for some reason, this morning, i was like smooth, and flat.. NO VEINS AT ALL...
im about 7-8% and my diet was like this
friday-tuesday SODIUM, WATER load
suday-wed, NO CARBS.. (up to 50g a day)
thurs DROP WATER, SODIUM, then start carb load at nite
today, (friday) load carbs, no water (sips with meals)
tomarrow.. slowly eat carbs. chicken..
Protien has been organic chicken breasts, and lean Ground beef. carbs have been yams, and potatoes.
ANY SUGGESTIONS???

oh, and im natty.. on some IGF, and b12 to bring out some veins and to stip up some appetite. (atleast that was my intention)
