no vascularity... why?

hey fellas, i have been getting ready for a photo shoot for tomarrow.. so, i have followed a bit of a precontest week of sorts... 4 weeks ago, i did it, and did the same things, and i was LEAN AND VASCULAR... for some reason, i did the same things, and i am soft, and flat as a pancake today.. i started carbing last nite, and will all day today, but for some reason, this morning, i was like smooth, and flat.. NO VEINS AT ALL...

im about 7-8% and my diet was like this

friday-tuesday SODIUM, WATER load

suday-wed, NO CARBS.. (up to 50g a day)

thurs DROP WATER, SODIUM, then start carb load at nite

today, (friday) load carbs, no water (sips with meals)

tomarrow.. slowly eat carbs. chicken..

Protien has been organic chicken breasts, and lean Ground beef. carbs have been yams, and potatoes.

ANY SUGGESTIONS???

atleast this is not a contest, but a photo shoot in which i was to look quite lean.. i am LEAN as hell, but no veins.. WTF???:confused:

any help is greatly appreciated

oh, and im natty.. on some IGF, and b12 to bring out some veins and to stip up some appetite. (atleast that was my intention)
 
I believe this has to do with what you take gear wise, along with some genetic attributes. HGH is known to make people vascular along with certain types of AAS like Tren. I don't believe most are born with tree trunk veins. I think it comes with training and the gear itself and maybe some supplements. BigA or some of the others can help you out a far as a vasodilator like Synthelator, and its effects long term. Maybe there is a way to work small amounts into your supplement diet, but I'm not sure, as I've never done the stuff.

i was vascular as hell on monday and tuesday... im usually REALLY REALLY veiny.. like a road map....

yea.. you are right.. some supplements do make you more veiny than others.. but this is just odd...

i was thinking a salty meal, or possibly some red wine before my shoot tomarrow at 9am??
 
A high carb/sodium meal, no fluids about 3 hours before the shoot...

when I get close to a show I usually get some sort of simple sugar in...at Jr Usa's I ate some waffles with syrup b/c I was a little over-depeleted--I was popping veins before I took the vasidulator

I know some guys eat choc or lemon heads, some guys had blow-pops but if you are dry try some sucrose to get your natural slin levels up and the carbs flowing

how bout some good ole pancakes, syrup,,, some good ole bacon that is REAL no.. turkey bacon...

shitload??? would i think about shitloading tonite?? then tomarrow a good ole pancake and egg breakfast???


should i avoid eggs??

i just dont want to complicate things... im thinkin if i am probably gonna be takin some first photos around 845 or so, i should eat at like 645 or earlier..
 
yeah about 2-3 hours before had...

before the continental I had t-bone steak and eggs with pancakes/loaded with syrup...

thanks bros.. i really appreciate you guys givin a fella some solid advice.. i can always count on this board...

i will let you guys know how it goes.. and hopefully will have some pics before too long... i feel skinnier than a toothpick and probably am.. but one thing.. im lean as heck... leaner than i have ever been...
