Nolvadex Dosing?

Whats a good starting dose for Nolvadex on a fairly potent cycle?
Prone to gyno, which is just beginning to rear it's ugly head again.

Nolvadex Half Life

Following a single oral dose of 20mg Tamoxifen peak plasma concentration occurred approximately 5 hours after dosing. The decline in plasma concentrations of Tamoxifen is biphasic with a terminal elimination half life of about 5-7 days.

I had no idea that Tamoxifen's half life was so long. I'm guessing since it is so long, that a guy could get away with a dosing schedule of 20mg EOD?

YEP.. THE ONE REASON WHY PEOPLE BELIEVE THAYT NOLVA IS TOXIC AND/ OR MAKES THEM FEEL SICK OVER A PERIOD OF TIME MAY BE THE LONGER HALF LIFE.. nolva has a 5-7 day half life and the 20 eod should be more than sufficent.. especially over a longer cycle length..
