Hi Guys

Thats me just back from the gym and my deads didnt go so well. Did a warm up with [all kg] 170/5, then my working sets were: 190/5, 210/3, 215/2, 220/2.

Heres what I've had to eat today:

8.00- 4weetabix and protein shake, 1multivit and 2fish oil
10.00- protein bar
12.30- 4cod pieces [120g carbs] and veg mix [mix of carrot, onion, leek and cabbage]
14.30- 180g turkey and veg mix, 2handfuls of peanuts
16.30- 200g beef and veg mix
18.00- protein shake and oats so simple

As per my other post you can see that this is roughly what I'd normally eat.

I have packets of instant noodles so on gym days [T&T] you think I should add these to the cod and beef meals?

Could also add pasta instead of noodles.

What you think guys?

It looks like a very good meals routine. Imediatly after the work out is indicate to eat a large carbs meal, pasta or nuddles are great.
 
I have a shake in the changing room at the gym and then within an hour of that I'll have a tin of tuna and a tin of beans mixed together. Protein from the tuna, complex carbs from the beans and then simple carbs from the tomato sauce.

What about the cod and beef meals before the gym? Add noodles or pasta to those to provide me with more energy for the workout?
