What makes you say that about nac?Would also stop all supps apart from the basics like vit d/k, c, fish oil
Things like NAC are not always good to take long term.
Estrogen seems to be related to good lipids as well. Wouldn't use an AI if you're using one
What makes you say that about nac?

I would recommend reading the book 'perfect health diet'
Not the best name but is a good book and covers this. They have a website also
From that "believe the following four ways are healthiest, and are sufficient to optimize HDL levels:
Eat a nourishing diet rich in saturated and monounsaturated fat, especially dairy fat, but low in omega-6 fats, fructose, and other toxins. In short: eat the Perfect Health Diet.
Be physically active. Be on your feet as much as possible; favor a standing desk over sitting. Do resistance exercise or other intense exercise occasionally.
Engage in intermittent fasting, and consume a lot of coconut oil, coconut milk, or MCTs to stimulate the ketone receptor.
Drink alcoholic beverages – but only when consuming meals low in polyunsaturated fats. Drink up when you eat beef, but be cautious when the entrée is salmon.
Niacin, the most effective pharmaceutical for raising HDL, has some toxicity and is probably inferior to coconut oil and intermittent fasting except in people with protozoal or fungal infections.
Isn't that generally a positive? Never really saw anything about not taking reasonable doses of nac long term, that's why I askedIt can thin the mucous lining for one
You serious? Niacin is trash even prescribed one. And drink alcohol too. So you telling someone that using aas and has bad cholesterol from it to drink alcohol. My GodI would recommend reading the book 'perfect health diet'

Yo brother what brand of krill oil did you buy?So I had these tested agin, 4 weeks later.
Admittedly, my diet hasn't been perfect and nor have I added cardio as much as I hoped, but I have extended my workout time to averaging 90 mins now lifting weights.
Here are my new results:
Total Cholesterol - 197 (was 212)
HDL - 34.083 (was 30.93)
LDL - 139.2 (was 181.74)
Trig - 123.99 (was 106.28)
On the right track, will correct the things that havent been properly done this last 4 weeks and hopefully see more of an improvement. Will wait a further 6 weeks now.
I've been taking this supplements on top of my normal daily routine.
1000mg Citrus bergamot
4g Krill Oil
1 avocado per day
10g mixed nuts
Cut beef a lot, just 1-2x per week. No added salt, avoided sugar. Cut Primo 400-500mg per week.

Thought on my recent blood work and advice?
I need to bring up HDL, bring down LDL and get my cholesterol overall looking better I feel.
On TRT 90mg/wk of exogenous Test *(subq) 3x 30mg week. 2iu HUMATROPE our day. I add 300mg Primo Enan sometimes weekly, but haven't done this for 5+ weeks now. My last cycle using Test P/Tren/Var was March 2018.
I translate this (I'm in the UK so different measurements) to:
Total Cholesterol - 212.68 mg/dl
HDL - 30.93 mg/dl
LDL - 181.74
Trig - 106.28
Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio - 6.9
Using this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK33478/
Supplements:
400mg Curcumin per day
200mg Humanofort per day
2,700mg Omega-3 per day
2 Per Day - Life Extension
Vitamin K2 Complex
MacuGuard
1 TBPS Coconut Oil
100mg CQ10
600mg NAC per day
Injectable Vitamin B12 1000mcg 3x week
Cardarine increased my HDL to 54 after a month. I definitely suggest this sponsor:
