My thoughts and feelings on today! Today is Day 8......and the first day of Week 2!
Weight: Weighing myself everyday drives me crazy.I weigh-in the first day of the start of a new week after getting at least 6 hours sleep and taking a leak first.I weighed 210.4 so I am up from last week but only because of the HGH I am holding a lot of water.I am not worried about that.Had a better day today I helped someone out in a jam.I've lost a lot of important people in my life who truly cared for me during my addiction so I am working to hopefully build a relationship back up with some of them and some want nothing do with me ever again.
