I have been jogging at 4.5mph for cardio 5 incline and I am feeling worn down.It could be that or ive been dieting so long.I am going to start walking tomorrow 30min 5 incline 3.1 mph and see how I feel and adjust from there.I use to have a all or nothing mentality I am happy to say that has changed.I am able to just relax make small changes see how my body reacts and adjust from there.It gets frustrating but nothing will stop me.

To be honest, I'm stuck and don't know where to go from here.I am hiring a coach.I am going to post my diet in this log as promised but I will not tell you the coach.If you know who it is please have some respect and do not post it in my log.I have hired one coach in the past and not to long after I hired him he passed away.So this will be my first time having someone truly evaluate to diet and figure out what is best for me.He is a bright mind.I am very excited about this.I went from 280 to where I am now at 209.I will weigh myself in the morning right after I pee on Day 1 of week 2 and have a new weight for you.Once the gear lands and my diet is all set up I will post my diet every day,my lift routine with sets reps and weight.I will post starting pctures.Everything is falling into place nicely.I am an endomorph and have always gained weight very easily.I think a huge part of the problem is the foods I am eating are not suited for ME. .I need someone to figure this out for me because I don't have the knowledge to do it on my own.I also tend to hold a lot of water naturally.My diet is kind of high in sodium which obviously doesn't help and I have been holding a lot more water today and nothing has changed except the start of the HGH 6 days ago.So I know the water is coming from the HGH.I have been very consistent with my diet cardio and training for almost a year now which I am very proud of. It's nice to be able to pin point why exactly your body is changing instead of guessing and having a yo-yo diet.

No lift

My thoughts and feelings on today! I am going to keep it real and just type whats going on in my head and my body.


Today was not a great day! I was kinda depressed the whole day.I worked so hard to over come addiction and as a result of my addiction I losit a lot of my muscle than stop the tren and than got sober sky rocketed up to 281 pounds worked my ass off to 209 and I looked at myself today and I am very flat
I am very bloated and lethargic and just thought to myself what's the point of working this hard ? I had to tell my mind to shut the fuck up.I am not quitting,I will not quit,its not an option.My mind is my biggest enemy and I let it win in the past but not anymore. Ive used HGH many times but was always on tren or other compounds.This is my first time using it with just TRT and I very sluggish.Today is the last day of week 1 of my log so I will weigh myself in the morning but I already know I will be over 209 pounds.Diet been the same added the 100mg of Nova Test cyp and I know thats not the issue.I am just surprised I am holding this much water from 2iu daily.I took the Hgh last night before bed and slept like a baby and today I was doing some yard work and my right hand was getting numbness.All good signs the gh is legit.I went to the gym and just hand no energy at all so I just left.Some of you know my history with Tren and the problems I had after abusing it for many years.I won't ever touch it again but I realize more and more what a beast of a drug tren really is.It's the closest thing to a ''miricle pill there is''.I miss itToday I eased back on the treadmill as you can see in the calories burned but than again also did some yard work.On the bright side I think I can take a positive out of today in the fact that as down as I got and the way that I look I know theres always tomorrow and this will all get figured out.In the past I would of just said fuck it or take something to make me feel better for the moment.This shows me I have grown a lot.The weird thing is when I have used Mk-677 I have gotten very bloated and very hungry.The HGH is doing the same in terms of bloating but is having the opposite effect of my appetite.I got in 1800 calories today.Today was a mess but I didn't do anything impulsive and soon enough with the help of my coach I will figure this out.

My thoughts and feelings on today! Today is Day 8......and the first day of Week 2!

Weight: Weighing myself everyday drives me crazy.I weigh-in the first day of the start of a new week after getting at least 6 hours sleep and taking a leak first.I weighed 210.4 so I am up from last week but only because of the HGH I am holding a lot of water.I am not worried about that.Had a better day today I helped someone out in a jam.I've lost a lot of important people in my life who truly cared for me during my addiction so I am working to hopefully build a relationship back up with some of them and some want nothing do with me ever again.
