I am planning on doing NPC Natural RI, and they are testing which is great.
However, last year, I took IDS Nutrition product Sostonol 250. I believe it is a banned substance.
When I get tested will this turn up if I took it over a year ago, actually, at the time of the contest, it will be two years.
Does the NPC naturals test for substances present, or in the system as of a certian time or....
How far back can they go?
