YouTube's overall quality has taken a big step forward recently. One of the new features is the ability to choose between normal quality and high quality for many of the videos.
When watching videos do any of you ever click on the high quality button? It's down in the lower right corner of the viewing window.
Even for videos that have been uploaded well, I think the difference in sharpness is worth the slightly longer download time. (And I'm not talking HD here, just your run-of-the-mill SD video.)
