O/T Green Poop

Ok this may be a little gross, but I got the flu real bad on Wednesday. It was the 48hr flu and I was pretty much bed ridden for two days, followed by another 2days with a sore throat and swollen glands followed by 2 more days of recovering. So about 6days I was out. Anyway, yesterday and today my shit has been green. Im not talking a tint of green, im talking like guacamole green. Its really odd. Yesteday it happened twice and once agian this moring.I know green poo is a sign of something, but I figured i'd get it while being sick, not the days im feeling better. Maybe im crapping out the excess virus/bacteria? Any ideas? And no I don't eat green crayons.

Green Turds

BBJ is correct; Food coloring will color your turd green. Happened a very long time ago to me when eating too many Fruit Loops. I stopped the fruit loops, the green tint was gone. Gross, but true.

It also happens when eating anything that contains significant amounts of chlorophyll (green leafy vegetables) and even too much iron.

And just FYI: crap is actually green before it reaches the bowl, so maybe you have a case of the runs or something.

Man, this is a friggin nasty topic...
