O/T Losing weight in the middle of the night?

How is it that we wake up lighter in the morning. For me, I know since I piss in the middle of the night a couple times, thats probably what its from, but my girlfriend weighs around 115lbs before bed and is 112 in the morning. She doesnt even get up to piss or eat or anything. How could this 3lb drop occur when no fluids are expelled or taken in. Just curious. Thanks
 
I am pretty damn sure no matter what the temperature or conditions, the body sweats in ur sleep, thats what accounts for it.
 
You also breath out a small quantity of water (vapour) as well (and appears on your windows as condensation if it's cold outside).
 
The human body sweats out approx 16 - 32 oz. of Water any given night. Suprising to most as we don't wake up with sweat all over. Even worse when we do.
 
Good reason to drink a glass of water or 2 when you get up. :)
