Holy crap! My father, a high level federal employee in CA, is participating in a "signing ceremony" held by the Governator!! Apparently, they will sit down and have a lengthy dicussion regarding various CA issues related to my father's federal agency!!
An autograph/message is likely if he is given the opportunity to explain my career ambitions as a future US Army Clinical Psychologist . Unfortunately, it may not be possible if the meeting is brief and highly structured; however, pictures are guaranteed to commemorate this event.
