O/T On Vacation

Hi Guys,

I am sorry I havent been on here much last 7 days but I am on vacation for5-6 weeks in Philippines. My laptop die on me and will be getting it fix ASAP. I missed this board and the wonderful guys on here.
Hope you all training hard and busting ass!!
It's very hot here in Philippines like 40-45 degree's but dont know what's the temperature in USA terms. I will be posting pics soon!!
I have been getting PM's people asking me where I am. Thought I just let you know.

I miss the Philippines BC! I hope to take the family there next summer, '11. Despite the heat there is just something I really love about that country (I guess it doesn't hurt my wife is from there )

That might be a little hard to do... "low fat"? Only if you are then into HIGH CARB! I suppose the chicken adobo would be low as well as the many fish dishes one could have there.... ah geez, now you have me missing the PI again.
