It is a back up program that you just let it run (read manual) but like I said you need to have an external hard drive, like $100, try to get 500gb or 1TB if you can. It will need a lot of room depending on your current HD size. Lets say you have a 320GB computer it will probably need close to 200GB (thats what mine does but I do not havbe my entire 320gb used up on my laptop) to make the image so you need a good size external hard drive. It is just a fancy back up system that enables you to reinstall your entire system as you had it the day you did the image/back up.
Well unfortunately my computer is so outdated already and I bought it in 2007. Its a Dell XPS 200. I'm thinking about getting a new one with a TB harddrive. This one only has 70gb and its almost full. Must be from all the videos and pictures on it. Not much RAM either at just 512 mb. I know the sweet spot is like 4gb to run all the new MS Office programs. I guess for now though I will see about getting all my drivers and then formatting it.
I think Dell didn't give me all my drivers with my computer. Do I need to reload all the ones for my harware like my video and sound card?
