O/T: Where to go out in Phoenix/Scottsdale?

Moved out to this area recently - don't know anybody! My GF came out here w/ me but she's back home for the next month or so for work. Thought I'd be fine but I'm about to go crazy.. I've been to Axis/Radius, Martini Ranch (I never realized how gay that bar sounds until I just typed it), and Suede before - all on one night, but not alone.

For those of you not around here.. you ever go out by yourself? I don't think I've ever done that in an area where I didn't know anybody or have a chance of running into somebody I knew.

I never go out period....as in to bars and such....i find such places despicable...and I don't support or condone the use of alcohol...so i stay the hell away

pussycat lounge, cream, and jackrabbit are all popular places in old town.....what part of town do you live in and what gym do you train at??
