odd side effects

ok guys anyone who can help me out and let me know whats happening would be appreciated..
have been using steroids for prob over 15 years on and off and pretty much on the past few years with the only side effects being the usual anxiety,blood pressure,cholesterol and liver enzymes r up sometimes.
i get my blood work done almost every other month so am covered on that end.
my blood pressure is fine now.
lately i have been getting these side effects usually the night of adding something new and it lasts only that night. skin feels HOT like a niacin flush,extreme sweating,rapid heartbeat which is the worst..now the confusing part is it has happenbed with the following
masteron,aromasin,dhea and even with cymbalta..it was directly correlated with these and happened the night of taking them..it doesnt last past that night and i stop taking them and im fine.
what could it be??? like i said my bloodwork is fine,obviously test is high and estrogen slightly high.
ive taken aromasin before with no problems until now.

Have you checked to see if there are any drug interactions with everything you're taking? Is this the first time you've taken all of these together?

DHEA will raise my BP high up in just few days of using it. And it will make me feel weird. I stopped taking it

i dont think i explained that right..im always on test..its when i add one of the others i mentioned seperately,not at the same time,i get that reaction that night after one dose..???
and thats just the few ive tried recently,who knows if its anything else?
im not sure whats happening and i cant chalk it up to one lab as they have been all different and the cymbalta is prescribed
right now im on test solely with hgh...

Cymbalta (Duloxetine) and Masteron (Drostanolone Propionate) are both highly protein bound drugs. This means that they have a high affinity for binding to albumin or Alpha-1 Acid glycoprotein (AAG). In a bound state they are inactive (and by this process their half-life is extended). There is a finite amount of binding proteins in the blood so if you consume multiple highly protein bound drugs they will compete for available albumin and AAG to bind to. Ofcourse if there is an excess of drugs to albumin/AAG then there will be more free, unbound drugs in circulation.

Duloxetine is around 95% protein bound. This is very high. The bioavilability of Duloxetine is around 50%, i.e. only 50% of the ingested amount actually reaches your blood. This means that if you take 60mg of Duloxetine only 30mg will reach your blood. 95% of that 30mg will become protein bound leaving only 1.5mg avilable to be metabolised by the liver and to exert a pharmacological effect. The remaining 28.5mg of the drug will become unbound from albumin and AAG over the lifetime of the drug (half-life is 12 hours) in a gradual fashion.

The siginificance of this is that if you take another high protein bound drug together with Duloxetine the amount of (active, unbound) Duloxetine in your system will climb. According to my copy of Martindale:

Adverse effects reported most frequently with duloxetine include nausea, headache, insomnia, fatigue, somnolence, dry mouth, dizziness, and constipation. Other common adverse effects include anorexia, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, vomiting, anxiety, visual disturbances, tremor, weight gain or loss, sexual dysfunction, nervousness, lethargy, hot flushes, increased sweating, and pruritus. Dose-related increases in blood pressure have also been observed in some patients.

Tachycardia (palpitations) has also been associated with Duloxetine (see **broken link removed**).

Adverse reactions to most drugs are dose-dependent. It appears to me that you are effectively reaching a dosage of Duloxetine which is producing many adverse reactions ("side effects") by combining it with other high protein bound drugs.

On the matter of anti-depressants Duloxetine is a poor choice. Are you on Duloxtine for depression?

i actually i only took it one time(one dose) i have anxiety here and there and i try not to use xanax or valium anymore,it comes and goes,i had heard good things about cymbalta also with its pain management abilities so i asked for it..it happened the same day that night as it did with the others i mentioned.
that info is great though,i never knew that.
its just a pain in the butt,i feel great otherwise
