Hey guys im bored at work.....just curious how much everybody eats off-season or just when trying to put on muscle.
im currently eating around not exactly
200-300 carbs daily
200-300g. protien daily
60-70g. fat daily.
Its working for me. Putting on some size without adding mass fat.
