just wanted to know what everyones off season weight is and if what the differences are in your training...i know everyone is different...im really going to bulk up again this winter im striven for 300pounds...
The last couple of time in the off season I have applied the lee preist eat see-food diet by eating everything under the sun and eating alot. But I get really chubby. Im 5'9 and Ive hit about 290. Felt like shit. This year since I did the collegiants Ive stayed around 260 kept my abs, and majority of my lines. This time I am appying the keep the skin closer to the muscle spend less time dieting theory. It takes a lot of time for me to pull off fat and water under my skin, and I dont want to spend so much time dieting like last time 20 + weeks. I know that I the anabolism will not be as much when I am slamming thousands of calories a day, but that bloated feeling of being fat and water retained no good. Plus I personal train and it makes no sense in selling a product you do not do yourself. So I'll see how much tissue I can put on while staying "cleaner" with my diet and eating better more quality foods then junkfood. But dont worry I'll still get my goodies in every once in awhile.
