just got back fom Poland and got engaged to my girlfriend over there. There are so many beautiful woman over there im lucky my girl is one of them. There was lots of cool stuff over there it was my 1st time in europe.i did have time to hit up a gym 1 day. they are very small over there mostly machines and just a benchat least all the ones i popped into when i was walking by them.i didnt have time to look around for andy bodybuilding candy though maybe next time.

i ate so much her family must have feed me 10 times a day ,but with all the walking i got enough cardio and put only on a couple pounds.

it depends if you fly direct. i did not because direct flights dont start to after july first i believe if you fly into Krakow so i paid $550 for none direct and landed in Warsaw. direct are about $850-900$ roundtrip. the further you call in advance the cheaper. whats cool the american dollar is worth 4 times as much so i stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 days and ate at one of the best restauraunts in the country for romantic dining.

90$ american dollars a night a a 5 star hotel with breakfast buffett included.its got plenty of different foodS not like a buffett in the US. Dinner 3 course at the best restaurant was about $80 american dollars with wine and about mixed 3 drinks for both of us.

alot of people over there know some english enough to comunicate because of tourist at least in the major cities Warsaw and Krakow. My fiancee translated mostly everything for me just because it was easier.

my buddy is in malaysia, thailand, and singapore hitting them all up for a month and a half.. lucky bastard.
