I recienctly read something that I didn't know and wanted to share .... All olives oils are not created equal.... U.S olive oil companies are held to a higher standard In fact a recient study was done and only 40% of international olive oils actually met the standards for extra virgin... I also read that it is best to buy bottles of a dark color due to that sun light adds acidity to the oil... Just food for thought ....

All olives oils are not created equal I agree with it but according to my experiences olives oil from Saudi-Arabia is highly good for health.

Olive oil is only good for salads.
I never cook with olive oil. The heat destroys it. Coconut oil is a much healthier way to go.

olive oil is good for you, but an even better oil is flax oil. I agree with the dark bottle
