I've been dieting my whole fucking life damn it!!!!
Hardest thing to put down is Vodka and Cranbury night cap. Arrrrg! The diet cran tastes like shit.
I love all the bad starches, bagels, pizza, bowl of cereal with bananas, etc. Like most of you diet time is a little starch in the AM (Which I take out at the end) and then 4-5 more meals of protein and veggies.
You need to treat a strict diet like a job. It's just something you do perfectly pre-contest and no bullshit. Cheating before a show is just weakness.
