OOPS! Accidentally Took Ephedrine Before Bed! What now?

Ok, I am getting myself ready for bed and organizing my pills for the next day. Like a complete retard, I accidentally take my 25 mg. ephdrine pill.

Is there any way to counteract it or am I gonna be in for a long sleepless night? I initially thought about sticking my finger down my throat and gagging myself, but didn't want to waste any of the expensive LBA protein I had just consumed a short bit ago.

Sometimes if you go to bed and are tired you will fall asleep anyway. if you stay up for long after and start doing shit......then ya......Long night ahead. try a glass of warm milk.......believe it or not!!!

I wouldn't take sleeping meds.....two stupid mistakes in one evening! lol.

Get your ass on the treadmill and start doing crunches.....you might as well take advantage of it. Strap on some music and get on it...don't waste it. At least you'll have accomplished something positive!

Uppers and downers dont go well bro, ask Elvis when you reach the other side. Ephedrine is not as dangerous as people make but when you start adding downers, yes even alcohol and yes serious problems could happen. Dont do it again, just sit it out until the morning.

Played a couple of SNG's on Pokerstars and fell right asleep. When I woke up this morning, I actually felt more alert and was calmer than usual, lol.

25mg ephedrine is not going to keep you up all night. after using eph. and clen in the past dont get sleepless. still works for fat loss, just the stim. effect is gone. any benzo will counteract the eph. and then some.
