i saw i post earlier that stated to be careful of over eating when not on cycle. What would be a example of over eating. I don't think i'am but it could be useful information for all of us.
Virtually impossible to tell you over a forum. Everybody is different with varying rates of metabolism. One person at the same height and weight can consume 2500 calories for maintenance, while the other could require 3000+. An example of overeating is if you are putting on fat.
I know that in general, for me, I must drop my cals a bit when I go off or I will certainly acquire bodyfat. Your metabolism will slow down. I usually lower the cals slowly as I come off, following the diminishing levels of AAS in your blood stream.
Keep a good cardio workout in your routine and you'll be fine. I found that a little cardio every day goes a long way. Metabolism does vary based on the individual but as long as your eating healthy the calories will burn off. Just don't blow your diet and start eating unhealty or fatty foods.
