I've used it and liked it a lot. I used it while consuming pre/during/post training shakes (similar to what Milos does) and really liked it. I thought it really made a difference. Their other product Anabolic Pump is pretty damn effective too.

i prefer their anabolic pump product. if i take it with my first meal and immediatly post-workout, i get a better pumping and recarb effect than with the p-slin.

you don't really need to go wacky with the carb consumption either. i try to stay away from overly processed carbs, as in my experience, their use with either product can cause the shits.

P slin`s active ingredient is a Lagerstroemia Speciosa extract which contains Corosolic acid. And this acid`s action is to stimulate glucose transport into cells, is effect is simular to that of insuline.

Is safer than insulin, but not as effective. The product is over priced.
You will have the same effect by making a tee from the leaves.
Go to a Indian market and purchase the tee or leaves and make a tee, and drink it after eat your carbs.

It is very similar, we need to finde out how much % of corosolic acid is in the both product. I thinc you need to take 50mg each time before you eat carbs.

I my opinion is a better use for weght last, becouse both extract are appetite supressor also.
