P90X is serious sh*t, but it wont necessarily put serious size on you.
Its great for leaning out and definition, but Ill warn you, its not for
the faint of heart. P90X is pretty intense, and the for the first few weeks,
unless you are an advanced lifter/exerciser you cannot completely
follow the trainers for every single workout, or else you wont be able
to walk, and im not kidding about that. If you follow the program and its
accompanying diet, the results are pretty dramatic. You combine that with
some super supps and fatburners, and you will be a completely new person in 90 days.
