Couple questions regarding peak week. Ended up deciding to compete this Saturday, as I’m depleted and ready, no sense in dragging this out linger. I’m keeping water, sodium fixed for the week. Thinking about a carb front load starting Wednesday. 100g carbs wed, 150 thurs, Friday use mirror and ability to pump up to decide on what to take in carb wise. Do you guys suggest, for Wednesday and Thursday, using lower gi carbs such as oatmeal / sweet potato or something quicker releasing like white rice? I plan to consume them pre and post to drive it into the muscles. Also, regarding Clen, should I drop it during the carb up? Been taking ECA also when should I cease use of that? Also any cardio suggestions? Been doing 30min HIIT and 15min SS every day. Today I’m gonna hit legs, tomorrow chest and back. Thursday and Friday lighter pump up workouts. Anyways, I’m not gonna do anything too drastic. No diuretics or crazy eating beforehand, just looking to enjoy all the hard work I’ve put in. Any advice / feedback much appreciated.

Minimally. Small amount of carbs (5oz sweet potato) 2-3 times a week before chest back or legs. Other than that just lean chicken breast or tilapia, string beans. 50g isolate shake with creatine post workout. Egg whites for breakfast. About half a cup of cashews days I don’t eat carbs.
